Windows App can't connect to VPN or access Google or Youtube

 This issue is usually caused by the system proxy address not being set correctly, or by third-party software blocking the connection. To resolve this, we need to manually enter the full network access proxy address for AHAspeed.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Search for “Internet Options” in the Windows search bar and open it.
  2. Click on the “Connections” tab.
  3. Click the “LAN settings” button at the bottom right.
  4. In the “Local Area Network (LAN) Settings” window, check the box for “Use automatic configuration script”, and enter the following address below:
    http://127.0.0.1:9876/proxy
  5. Click “OK”, then click “OK” again to close the Internet Properties window.
  6. Finally, completely close your browser and reopen it. You should now have full network access.
