This issue is usually caused by the system proxy address not being set correctly, or by third-party software blocking the connection. To resolve this, we need to manually enter the full network access proxy address for AHAspeed.
Please follow the steps below:
- Search for “Internet Options” in the Windows search bar and open it.
- Click on the “Connections” tab.
- Click the “LAN settings” button at the bottom right.
- In the “Local Area Network (LAN) Settings” window, check the box for “Use automatic configuration script”, and enter the following address below:
http://127.0.0.1:9876/proxy - Click “OK”, then click “OK” again to close the Internet Properties window.
- Finally, completely close your browser and reopen it. You should now have full network access.
